Welcome

These terms govern your use of Almond Blossom (the “Service”), a 5-minute daily wellbeing ritual available at almondblossom.app and as a mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What Almond Blossom is — and the disclaimer that matters

Almond Blossom is a daily ritual app: a quote, a card, a gratitude entry, an intention. It is designed to be a small, consistent practice for being on your own side.

Almond Blossom is not:

• A medical device
• A diagnostic tool
• A form of therapy or counseling
• A substitute for professional mental health care
• An emergency resource

The Service is offered as-is, for informational and personal-reflection purposes only.

Your account

To use most features, you’ll create an account with your email. You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials safe
• Activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access

You can delete your account at any time.

What you can and can’t do

You may use Almond Blossom for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to break any law

Your content

The text you write — gratitude entries, intentions, anything personal — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it. We only store it so you can come back to it.

We will never read your entries unless you explicitly share them with us (e.g., for support). They are not used to train AI, fed to advertisers, or shown to anyone else.

Our content

The Service itself — the cards, quotes (where we have license), design, code, words you read on the page — is owned by us or properly licensed. We use short quotations under applicable copyright exceptions, with attribution to the original author and book.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service running, but we can’t promise 100% uptime. Sometimes things break. Sometimes we’ll have to take it down for maintenance. We’ll tell you when we can.

Termination

You can leave the Service at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. We’ll give you notice when reasonable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Almond Blossom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is offered as-is.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is meaningful, we’ll email you. Your continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts. (If you are in the EU/UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.)
